Terms of Service for Pardon My Cheesesteak Giveaway:

By participating in the Pardon My Cheesesteak giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pardon My Cheesesteak and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway period begins on 4/24/2024 and ends on 4/27/2024. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM on the closing date.
3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the Giveaway by texting DRAFT to the Number in the graphic. Additionally, participants can sign up for the Giveaway by commenting on the designated post with the hashtag #PMTDRAFT.
4. Prize: The prize consists of 10 Pardon My Cheesesteak shirts and 10 Pardon My Cheesesteak koozies. The total number of prizes awarded will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days following the conclusion of the Giveaway period. If a winner does not respond within 7 days after the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner within 7 days of confirmation of eligibility. Pardon My Cheesesteak is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes during shipment.
8. Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Release: By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Pardon My Cheesesteak, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.
10. General Conditions: Pardon My Cheesesteak reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
11. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Pardon My Cheesesteak. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
