Promotion Description

The Pardon My Cheesesteak Ping Pong Table Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM EST on Monday, March 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, March 16, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Virtual Dining Concepts LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 4700 Millenia Blvd, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32839. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and made in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Virtual Dining Concepts is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Virtual Dining Concepts with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

How to Enter

Guests can enter on Instagram or Twitter by completing the following steps:

• Follow @PardonMyCheesesteak.
• Comment on the designated Sweepstakes post, tagging one (1) friend.

Rules for Entries:

• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Entries must be submitted between 12:00 AM EST on Monday, March 10, 2025, and 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, March 16, 2025.
• Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Twitter within 48 hours of the Sweepstakes’ conclusion. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

The selected winner will receive a Pardon My Cheesesteak-branded ping pong table. The design and branding on the table will be determined by the Sponsor.

• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is USD $1,000.00.

Release of Liability

By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to release the Sponsor and any and all of its affiliates and partners from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize awarded.

Privacy

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor, available here: Virtual Dining Concepts Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you are submitting your information to the Sponsor, who may use your email address and any other personal information for administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.

Limitation of Liability; Dispute Resolution 

• The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized access, or issues beyond its control that may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes.
• If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, tampering, or other unforeseen issues, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it.
• The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Florida courts, and participants waive the right to punitive damages and class action lawsuits.

Social Network Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Twitter.

Appearance and Location Release

By participating, you grant Virtual Dining Concepts and its affiliates the right to use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
